Cancer Check Labs unveils a pioneering blood test that revolutionizes early detection efforts.

Current screening methods are limited in scope, as they do not cover all types of cancer, can be highly invasive, and often require imaging of advanced tumors. Cancer Check Labs has pioneered a minimally invasive blood test capable of detecting solid cancerous tumors in their earliest stages. Early detection significantly increases the chances of successful treatment and cure.

Will Be Diagnosed With Cancer.

Cancer Check has the potential to screen for over 200 types and subtypes of solid tumors from a single blood draw. It offers a simple, non-invasive, and quick turnaround solution, with the capability to detect tumor cells in the blood at the earliest stages, including stage zero.

STEP 1

Call us to schedule your Blood Draw with one of our providers.

Step 2:

Come into the office, and visit with our provider who will draw your blood (approximately 4 vials) and go over any questions you may have.

Step 3

Other tests utilize small pieces of data to infer outcomes.

For instance, they rely on small fragments of DNA or biomarkers as substitutes for cancers, rather than capturing whole tumor cells directly.

Prioritize Your Health

Even with a healthy lifestyle, cancer can still develop. It is an indiscriminate disease, affecting all ages, genders, and socioeconomic classes.

Family History or Genetic Risk of Cancer

If you are at high risk due to family history or genetics but have not experienced any symptoms, it is crucial to catch cancer early for the well-being of both you and your entire family.

Having Undiagnosed Symptoms

You are experiencing symptoms that have not yet been diagnosed.

How It Works

Tumors Shed Cells

cell division 6551658

Tumors can start shedding circulating tumor cells (CTCs) into your bloodstream almost as soon as they form, potentially long before the tumor becomes detectable through imaging.

Finding CTCs Indicates a Problem

As a tumor tries to spread throughout your body, it sheds circulating tumor cells (CTCs) into your bloodstream. Early detection of these CTCs allows us to address the cancer sooner and potentially halt its progression.

Broad Spectrum Screening

Cancer Check uses specialized filtration processes that can extract atypical, potentially malignant tumor cells, from the blood at unprecedented scale. Because we filter the cells based on their physical and mechanical properties, we can capture tumor cells from any type or subtype of solid tumor as they all share similar physical and mechanical properties.

Cutting Edge Processing & Analysis

The processing includes staining the atypical cells we isolate and identifying the cell’s markers using established methods to create highly interpretable slides. Pathologists, who are trained to specifically analyze tissue, blood, and cells, analyze those slides and cell markers to identify whether or not the atypical cells are tumor cells as well as the likely source of the tumor, also known as the tissue of origin (i.e., where is it coming from).

Detecting CTCs for Early Intervention

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are shed from a primary tumor, serving as an indicator of cancer. Their presence in the bloodstream suggests the need for further investigation and prompt action.

Early Detection

Instead of waiting for a tumor to grow and spread until it becomes visible on imaging or palpable as a lump, Cancer Check aims to detect circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as early as possible. For instance, a tumor mass of just one gram is typically not detectable by touch or imaging. However, this small tumor can shed up to an estimated 3.2 million CTCs per day into the bloodstream. Using our proprietary blood analysis process, we can analyze sufficiently large samples to identify CTCs at the earliest stages.

Cancer Check is effective because it captures whole atypical circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from your blood sample. These CTCs can be analyzed by a licensed physician to identify the likely tissue of origin. Below are some examples of the over 200 solid tumor types and subtypes that could be detected.

Information

The Cancer Check test is not designed to replace established evidence-based screening, diagnostic, and medical guidelines for cancer detection. Like all medical tests, it has limitations and may not detect all cancers.

Cancer Check Labs’ clinical laboratory is registered under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA). The Cancer Check test was developed and its performance characteristics were determined by Cancer Check Labs. However, this test has not been cleared or approved by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Cancer Check Labs’ clinical laboratory operates under CLIA regulations.
