Do I need to drink water before my blood draw?

Absolutely. It’s important to drink plenty of water 24 hours before your blood draw. Good hydration is helpful. You should also avoid beverages high in caffeine or alcohol.

What if I need to travel on an airplane?

When traveling, your OrganiTears should be kept in a cooler with ice. You should label the items and inform the TSA officer that you have medically necessary liquids and separate them during the screening process. You should also declare accessories associated with your liquid medication such as cooler packs.
